What do we do?

Custom Concept conducts all types of research and evaluation by using different quantitative and qualitative research methods, as well as their combination. Custom Concept will suggest the most appropriate research method for Clients’ goals and needs, as well as develop quantitative and qualitative research instruments that will provide useful, valid and reliable information.

Quantitative Research

Quantitative research is the process of collecting and analyzing numerical data. It can be used to find patterns, frequencies and averages, make predictions, define trends, test causal relationships and differences between results and generalize them to a wider population.

  • Face to face interviews:
    • through CAPI (Computer assisted personal interviewing) following the methodology specifically made for each research
    • on any type of sample design based on Client’s needs (e.g. representative and random probability sample, quota sample, convenience sample etc.)
    • using advanced interviewing software that provides continuous and simultaneous surveying and sample control, while minimizing any possible errors during questionnaire administration
    • by trained interviewers in households, in the street and at a central location, specifically for each new research.
  • CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing):
    • in CATI center equipped with latest technology for such kind of surveying
    • using the system that enables a fully automated, randomized selection of telephone numbers, allows different sample designs to be set, and record all available statistics related to the telephone calls
    • by specifically trained CATI operators
  • On line surveying
    • by e-mails or direct messaging
    • via web based interviewing software
    • through online platform currently in development
    • including B2B online surveying by using in-house designed software for sending large number of e-mails

Qualitative Research

Qualitative research involves collecting and analyzing non-numerical data (e.g., text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or experiences. It is often used to get a deeper understanding of data gathered through quantitative research.

  • Focus groups:
    • all types of focus groups throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina
    • led by trained moderators with the experience of conducting hundreds of focus groups and analyses of their results
    • online and face to face focus groups
    • audio and/or video recorded.
  • In-depth and semi structured interviews:
    • can be organized with all types of interlocutors
