Snježana Hasanagić, a psychologist, with 22 years of professional experience in managing research projects of different scopes and from different areas, in BiH and the region – their organization, design, implementation, as well as and analyzing and presenting the obtained results. Her work in research includes communication with clients, research design, their planning and organization, development of methodology and research instruments, selection and management of research team, syntheses of collected data, report writing and presentation of results as well as workshop and trainings facilitation. The greatest focus of her professional work has been in impact assessments, social assessments and evaluations, which are carried out through a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods, and by using a longitudinal approach.
